- 01Sessions are $175 for 50 minutes. I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots on my caseload for those who need a reduced fee. Please inquire about availability if you need a sliding scale rate.
- 02I recommend weekly sessions to start, in order to effectively build rapport together and for you to experience momentum in progress. Some clients may choose to taper to bi-weekly sessions after a time, when they feel ready.
- 03I am not an in-network provider with any insurance companies. If you would like to request out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company, you will need to make those arrangements for them to reimburse you directly. I do not fill out insurance forms, but I can provide a written billing statement (superbill) if you would like to submit this to your insurance company to request reimbursement directly to you. By providing you with a superbill, I am not making any assurance that your insurance will reimburse you for the services I provide. In order for you to be reimbursed for services, insurance companies and other third-party payers may require that I provide them with information regarding the services I provide to you. This information may include the type of service provided, the dates and times of service, your diagnosis, treatment plan, a description of impairment, progress of therapy, and case notes and summaries. If you do not want me to provide your confidential information to your insurance company, let me know so that we can discuss alternatives.
