I invite you to connect with me on the phone for a free 20-minute consultation before scheduling your first session. This will help us get to know each other better and briefly explore what brings you to therapy, as well as address any questions you have about my therapeutic approach. Individual therapy for adults, ages 18 & up: 

$175 for a 50-minute session, online or in-person

* I meet with clients in person at my office in Mountlake Terrace. Please inquire for more details.

* I also offer online sessions via a secure, HIPAA-compliant, video chat platform. 

Reduced Fee Sessions

It is important to me to make therapy accessible and affordable. I have a limited number of spots open for reduced fee sessions. Please contact me to inquire about availability.

*Cancellations: all sessions may be cancelled with at least 24-hours notice with no fee. If sessions are cancelled with less than 24-hours notice, the full fee for your session is due.
